I was having coffee in the garden with my wife and the neighbours when the conversation turned to my morning's work.

My wife was mystified by the fact that I was writing an article on fishing, even more so by the fact that it was spelt phishing.

This wasn’t the only term that confused her.

Malware she thought was a sort of tableware and Bluetooth a form of cosmetic dentistry.

Podcasts completely baffled her but she imagined it to be a kind of modern ceramics.

She thought blogging whatever it is must be something clumsy and as for trojans - she just gave up.

Not being in a very helpful mood I left them wondering.

"I must go" I said, "I need to defrag my computer and to sort out my flash drives."
