Ross ParryTechnical Wizard
Ross currently owns and operates a Computer Repair company in Gloucester called Rossfix. He has been involved as a technical trainer with the computer / mobile phone retail industry since the mid nineties and understands and converts “technogeek” into English!
One of his strengths is in the way that he can explain complicated issues with clarity, without patronizing.
His approach to technical problem solving is logical and determined; he doesn’t like any technology to get the better of him!
He believes that the home PC user is short changed when it comes to real support and the few alternatives available, expect the user to be an expert to begin with!
Ross has lived in Gloucester all his life and is married with 2 young children and 2 giant Leonberger dogs.
